KLE University All India Entrance Test Entrance Exam
KLE University All India Entrance Test (KLEU-AIET) is conducted to offer admission in the following constituent colleges of the university – KLE Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences, Belgaum KLE College of Pharmacy at Belgaum, Bangalore and Hubli KLE Institute of Nursing Sciences, and Belgaum KLE College of Physiotherapy at Belgaum.
MBBS, BDS, B.Pharma, BAMS, BPT, B.Sc. Nursing, PC B.Sc. Nursing
M.Pharma, MD and MS (Ayurveda), MPT, M.Sc. Nursing
Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements for admission to a course will be considered eligible to appear for KLEU AIET Medical Exam and subsequently for admission to that course.
The candidate shall complete 17 years of age on or before the 31st December in the year of admission.
For candidates seeking admission to MBBS course, the candidate should have scored minimum 60% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination, i.e. XIIth/PUC II/10+2/HSC/equivalent examination.
The candidate should also have scored 50% marks in English language in the qualifying exam.
The test will have 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (50 from each subject). The time allotted for the test would be 180 minutes (3 hours). Candidates are required to mark their answers in an ICR (Intelligent Character Reader) Answer Sheet. Each correct answer is awarded one mark. There is no Negative Marking for wrong answers.
