MGIMS Pre Medical Test
The Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences – Pre Medical Test is carried out by the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences for the admittance of students in the MBBS course. This institution is situated in the state of Maharashtra.
The eligibility needed by an individual to appear for the exam is a pass in the higher secondary exam. The certification thus ought to be from a recognized board or institution. A minimum of 50 percent and above marks are a must in the finals. Final year applicants may apply as well.
Structure of the Test:
The structure of this exam will include questions of objective nature. 3 – 4 choices will be provided for each question. Questions will be asked from-
Besides this, the students will need to write an essay/give answers to short answer type questions on the topic of Gandhian thoughts as well as principles.
The candidate must have attained 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission. The candidate must have passed 12th standard examination under 10+2 system of Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Education Board or equivalent examination of any recognized Board or any Indian University with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and passed individually in each subject in the first attempt. The candidate must have obtained minimum 50% marks (40% in the case of SC/ST/VJ/NT/OBC) taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
