Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP)

Symbiosis National Aptitude test is a mandatory and a common written test conducted by the Symbiosis International University. This is the first step towards admission to the university, and a candidate also has to go through the selection process of the particular institute desirous to get admission into the post-graduate program of that particular institution. The SNAP enables students to be eligible for all postgraduate programs of Symbiosis and is conducted in many cities across India.

Graduates of any discipline with 50% marks for the general category and 45% marks for SC and ST candidates are eligible to appear for the entrance exam. It is also based according to the specialization you have chosen. The test duration is 120 minutes. SNAP is an objective test and each question has 4 responses. Each wrong answer has negative marking.


General English (Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability) for 40 marks
Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency for 40 marks
General Awareness (General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario) for 40 marks
Analytical and Logical Reasoning for 60 marks
Total 180 marks
